Trip has planted a church in the US and established two ministries overseas with lifelong experience in many other ministries.

He has traveled in the US and overseas for many years to teach and train leaders with various workshops while coaching and mentoring pastors and leaders. He is one of many experienced pastors serving with Poimen Ministries, who "…strengthen pastors to strengthen churches."

Trip’s primary focus of ministry is discipling and mentoring others, and equipping people to do ministry. He's even served as a chaplain in a local restaurant and a small business.
